Former Tribe Prospect Makes Debut

I didn't even realize but former Tribe prospect Max Ramirez *catcher made his debut for the Rangers the other day and tonight is 2 for 2 with a homerun. He was the player we got for Bob Wickman and then went on and traded him to Texas for Kenny Lofton.... he was tearing it up in AA this season hitting like .350 with 15 homeruns (not exact stats)... I was a little sad about giving him up and it hurts now in hind sight with Victor down with injury not having a talented player to push Kelly for PT.

I changed the name of my username b/c I'm afraid it was jinxing the real Jeremy Sowers so I'm trying this out for a while and see if his luck can improve.

Kelly is good to go. Of course with a star injured it sucks to look back and think "yeah we could have done this..." but without injuries we have the best starting catcher in the game as well as the best backup catcher in the MLB.

I wasn't real happy about trading Max last year. He's another high upside offensive catcher. It would be nice to have more depth at catcher right now.
